I had stayed at this hotel a couple of times since 2011. Each time, I had noticed the wine cellar that stacks up so high and never thought much about it. Afterall, I am usually tired like a dog by the time I reach Zurich airport.
If I had driven, it would had been a couple of hundred kilometres. Then there is the hassle of returning the car etc. On the other hand if I had taken the train, I would be struggling with luggage and carry ons (with documents & the computer). So when I check in, it’s without much awareness of the environment.
But then you get this when you finally sit down for a meal or drink:
Cool huh? Only between 6-11pm every night. Not sure if they do this over the weekends.
