Oh Behave!

Oh behaveAustin Powers will tell you.

Seriously, in these days where flying has become a bus ride to some, it does pay to have folks educated as this article suggests. We do believe however this is not restricted to 20 year olds… whoops apologies to have stigmatized…

Fortunately for us, we had not experienced bad behavior on flights so far (knock on wood). With statistics suggesting an alarming rise, perhaps its a matter of time.

Do you have stories to share?

  1. Haha! I’m laughing at above, not the article.
I think I’ve been pretty lucky. In fact, I’ve been so lucky that I once booked economy online and got 1 sector business class. Then, we volunteered to off-board (?) because the airline over-booked and got to fly another sector in business class, stayed in a 5 star hotel with everything for free and got another return ticket for the same region absolutely free.
And I’m small.. I squeeze in front of the sleeping one.. although I prefer the aisle seat, actually.
Maybe I’m the talkative one. 😊 I’ve met people in flights and chatted almost the whole way. Lol! I was younger then.
I think the worst I’ve had is a group of noisy late teens or early 20s chatting away about their adventures for the whole plane to hear, like they wanted me to give some input… oh, it’s like listening to the kids of 90210. Lol!

    1. LOL. Wow being upgraded is wonderful! Noisy on the plane, for us we use ear plugs! For us we like the window and middle, because we like to look out the window and we think we do not normally disturb the aisle passenger by going to the toilet often…heh. Surprisingly though we have not had many conversations with other passengers on the plane. Not sure why!

  2. I had bad experiences, not with the twenty-something but with a bunch of tourists from China on my flight to BKK. First was changing of seats which I obliged 3 times. Then this man sat next to me spit on the floor board. Not once but twice within a short duration of less than 15mins. Lesson learned, if flying to BKK, do not sit on the 2nd section of economy which SQ typically block up for tour groups.
