The Narisawa Experience

For food lovers out there that savor every morsel of fine cuisine, you don’t need to search the length and breadth of the world to find one. We all know there are special ‘agencies’ for that (Michelin etc). And sometimes they do a pretty good job of rating some of the best dining establishments in the world. That is, you trust them to guide your taste buds.

And if you had read about the finer dining in Japan that we have experienced, we hope that you will be intrigue to go cavorting to Tokyo for an experience in gourmet that can be out of this world.

Our story in this post is about the dining experience at Narisawa, cited as one of the top restaurants in the world and certainly not far from being THE best in Asia. Wouldn’t you want to dine there too with liquid nitrogen cooled ‘ash’ on your grilled squid?

And so this concludes our series of stories on the amazing journeys we had in Japan so far. Definitely more to come!
